Sponsors and Stakeholders

Coalesce Music festival has a number of partnerships and sponsors, some of these sponsors will have their brand visibly displayed on site and on marketing materials in return for a reduced price in goods or services. The chosen sponsors share the same values as Coalesce such as having a positive impact on the community and the environment or the love for music and togetherness. These include:

  • PRS Music Foundation: The foundation will support Coalesce in gaining their artists Nina Nesbitt through guidance and their expert knowledge of the music industry. Furthermore, the partnerships should also help to provide the event with legitimacy within the events industry. It is the UK’s leading founder of new music and talent development. Because of their specialist knowledge of the music sector, the support they offer is seen as an indication of quality and innovation.

 

  • Creative Scotland: An indication has been given from Creative Scotland that they will provide funding for the event. To meet the partnership plan a thorough evaluation of the event will be undertaken in order to ensure the aims and objectives of Coalesce have been met. The organisation is a public body that supports the arts, screen and creative industries across all parts of Scotland by distributing funding from the Scottish Government and The National Lottery.

 

  • The Zoom Club: The club has agreed to rent the room out free of charge for Coalesce. In return Coalesce will provide their logo on our marketing material and create a social media post about the club in the run up to the event The Zoom Club will leave leaflets in the room providing information.

  • IKEA foundation: it support programmes that address the full circle of fundamental needs that can help people break the cycle of poverty. Its many initiatives are in help of those in need in Third World countries especially children.
  • The Times: a premium British news brand, recognised worldwide. It possesses the unique ability to push boundaries, embrace new technologies but remember old traditions.
  • Universal Music Group: It is home to some of the most iconic and influential labels & brands in music.
  • The Body Shop: It lives to the values that a real business should not be about the money, but about responsibility. It should be about public good and not private greed. The Body Shop aims to be the world’s most ethical and sustainable global business.
  • Music Week: it delivers the latest music industry news, hard-hitting opinion, in-depth features, profiles, and analysis.The news source prides itself on championing new music and showcasing the latest emerging talent.
  • The Skinny – advertising partnership – an Edinburgh based trusted source of independent cultural journalism, honest and entertaining.
  • O2: it is one of the major UK mobile network operators. They sponsor music venues and sporting events.
